Q. Where do you ship in Canada? A. We ship everywhere in Canada but some location i.e. Labrador, or NWT are extra please contact us first for shipping rates to these remote areas. All larger items such as televisions are shipped via insured courier service. Small items are shipped via Canada Post.

Q. What is the warranty the televisions imported from the U.S. A. We include a one year limited warranty on all imported TV's. Should your purchase fail within one year of purchase we will repair or replace it as required (shipping to us not included).
Q. Do you have facilities for local picks. A. Yes local pick up is available by appointment please call 905 910 0417 for further information payment must be made on this site and there is a $35.00 charge for local pick up.
Q. What does the extended warranty include. A. In home service for 3 years if you require service you contact the warranty company directly and they will send a qualified technician to repair your TV in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
Q. I am a U.S. buyer can I purchase on your site. A. Absolutely we ship to the U.S. on a daily basis
Q. Can your delivery company set up my television. Our courier provides curbside delivery only "white glove" delivery is available at an extra charge.

We provide tracking number at the time of shipping most items are shipped within 5-7 days of receipt of funds if there is a delay we will contact with an ETA.
